    Type 1

    Type 2

    Type 2 includes Indoor use provides a degree of protection to personnel against access to hazardous parts, ingress of solid foreign objects (falling dirt) and ingress of water (dripping and light splashing).

    Type 3

    Type 3 includes Indoor or outdoor use to provide a degree of protection to personnel against access to hazardous parts, ingress of solid foreign objects (falling dirt and windblown dust and ingress of water (rain, sleet, snow).
